Services & Approach

Whole-Body Care That Starts With Listening

Dr. Paula’s approach goes beyond treating symptoms. She takes the time to understand you—your movement patterns, your lifestyle, and the root cause of what’s holding you back. Her physical therapy sessions combine science, biomechanics, and a deep knowledge of how the body is interconnected—because pain rarely exists in isolation.

At the heart of her technique is Neurokinetic Therapy, an advanced muscle testing method that reveals how your body compensates and adapts over time. This allows her to build a movement “blueprint” and create a plan that doesn’t just ease pain—it corrects the problem at its source.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pelvic floor concerns, or preparing for another ski season, Dr. Paula brings one-on-one attention and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every session.
